• I hereby agree to teach at Veritas Classes Inc. for the 2022-2023 school year. 
• I have read the Veritas Family Guidelines and the Statement of Faith. I am in full agreement with both. I am also committed to attending and serving in a local church. 
• I agree to allow Veritas Classes Inc. to run a background check on me. 
• I have read the COVID 19 guidelines and will do my duty to meet these and carry out all sanitation procedures. In the case of a student missing classes due to illness only, I will provide the necessary virtual material needed. 
• I understand that I am an employee of Veritas Classes Inc., and I will receive a monthly paycheck for eight months, beginning the first week of October. Pay will be determined annually. For the upcoming year, the net pay for a one hour class will be $30.48 per student. The net pay for a 1 ½ -2 hour class will be $35.09 per student. 
• In the event of sickness or absence, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify parents, find a substitute, or schedule a make-up class. I will also inform the administrator. I will respond to emails within 72 hours of receiving them. 
• I understand that the Veritas Board, or myself, may terminate this contract without cause. I will provide the board with a 30 day notice if I choose to terminate the contract. An exception will be made for emergencies or if the class does not have a minimum of three students. I understand that I am responsible for my own class supplies, except for a whiteboard, dry erase markers and erasers. I understand that I am responsible for any paper copies needed for my class. 
• I will submit receipts for reimbursement, to the bookkeeper, for any lab supplies or items covered by the lab or material fees. I agree to do this once a month. 
• I will use Google Classroom to post homework reminders and announcements for my class. I agree to post these within 24 hours after class. I will also communicate with parents if a problem arises and answer emails promptly.
• I will not allow students to use any electronic devices, including earbuds, unless at the table designated for that purpose. If needed for class, I agree to supervise this.
• I will come to class prepared and on time. If I am running behind, I will notify the assistant on duty. 
• I will exhibit confidentiality and understanding toward my students. I will show kindness, patience and gentleness as written in Galatians 5:22-23. If a problem arises, I will contact the parents first, and then contact the administrator if deemed necessary.
